Go Wild Promo

Client: Kraft Macaroni & Cheese

This promo was a lot of fun!, not only because I had to illustrate a lot, but the animations came out pretty nice. Again, we had to create a landing page, a game and result pages, but the difference between this promo and the others was that it displayed didactic content.

This time the partnership was with Jungala/Busch Gardens, and our goal was to introduce the prizes, present the main animal attractions featured in the park, as well as showing the different activities it offers. The landing page allowed the users to click on the different animals and learn fun facts about them. It also featured the promotional video spot.

The game consisted on CRex being sort of a park tour guide. He had three different locations on his GPS device, from which the users had to select the one and guess where the main prize was. After the selection was made, a river of cheese will fill up the screen and the result would be delivered.

My job was to illustrate assets, animate the different transitions, create fun ways to display the content on the llanding page, and program the game functionality. I also illustrated and coded what we called the "downlockables" page, where users could access to downloadable content, and new items would be unlocked every time they visited the site.

The script was coded in AS3, using tween engines like TweenMax and TweenLite.
